Description: We’ve all had to attend meetings that were painful, boring, or useless and we all know at least someone who makes those meetings that much more dreadful. This workshop provides participants a chance to discuss best practices when leading a meeting and provide useful tips to address those bad apples in the bunch that may be disrupting productivity or creating unnecessary friction within the group. Participants who attend this workshop will be better prepared to lead an effective meeting and to better manage a team when tensions arise.
